Overview

With an awesome 310kW of power, Ford Performance Vehicles' (FPV) new turbo-charged F6 sedan is one of the best performing six-cylinder vehicles on the Australian market.

Powered by a 4.0 litre turbo-charged DOHC 24 valve in-line six, the F6 produces a maximum power of 310kW at 5,500rpm and maximum torque of 565Nm across the range from 1,950 to 5,200rpm.

Matching the increased power is a premium FPV performance brake package, featuring 355x32mm front rotors with Brembo 4 piston calipers and 328x26mm rear rotors with single red piston caliper.

From the front, the F6 is powerful and imposing, distinguished by its dark headlight accents and titanium mesh grille.  The Graphite headlight accents are matched to the 19” machined face alloy wheels, also containing Graphite accents.

The F6 is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and side curtain airbags, both of which are standard across the FPV F6 sedan range.  Other safety features include Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), and 4-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), driver and front passenger airbags plus front seat side thorax airbags, Beltminder technology and a reverse sensing system.
